Dear Frances, I write at the suggestion of Bev. Reeve of Post Office Counters to pursue our interest in becoming a valuable outlet for you. Redgrave Spar Post Office & Stores serves not only the village of Redgrave but a cluster of neighbouring villages and rural communities and amongst these are both large companies and a host of small business run from home.

We have at least two business customers amongst them who have welcomed our longer Post office hours and increased services which Bev. Reeve can update you on; but their particular interest at the moment is in DataPost.

In the absence of this they are using other commercial courier services which is a loss to the Post Office organisation.

We would be grateful for your favourable consideration of our proposal to become a DataPost outlet and would welcome any questions you might have as to why this would be a successful benefit for your business.
