John Menzies UK Ltd. Redgrave Post Office & Store Trading Terms,  Box 525.

Dear Keith Lansley. At the end of this month, we will have been trading with yourselves for a year and I hope that you will agree that this has been a successful business relationship with our purchases above the minimum levels and continuing to grow.

I now write to remind you of your possession of our advance deposit of £1140.00  which has also been accruing interest for this period and of your promise to return this with the related interest by the anniversary.

Although it is only of academic interest now, this also marks the end of our conditional status with the incidence of a MEL surcharge.

Whilst addressing our trading terms, I would also be grateful if you could consider transferring our trading terms to that of monthly account as you remain our only supplier debiting accounts weekly and we prefer to reconcile our bank account and settle our bills when processing our computerised bought ledger just once a month.

Given your custody of our deposit sum representing four weeks minimum purchases over this extended period, I hope that you would feel this is only equitable. Looking forward to your early response.
