Some local activities in Norfolk and then to Carrow Road to watch City draw against Sunderland before driving back to St Neots via Barton Mills to walk Sam.
The house was hot after being locked and closed up all day and so I stayed up and watched Match of the Day before going to bed at a cooler time.
We were up a little later today after yesterday's activity.

I had some selfish sex with Wiggly who, though having a period, would have appreciated more attention.
She had just washed the sheets and restarted on her birth pills last Tuesday so that she was feeling sick from time to time on Wednesday and Thursday as well as today.
We soon settled down to a very active day and Wiggly walked the dog, drove off to the Roy's retail barn for more strimmer wire, cleared the boat inside and packed, whilst I finished the strimming, mowing, cutting and weeding job.
To save time, Wiggly, complaining, made some salad sandwiches for lunch before we packed and rushed off. We only realised later that she had left the cables necessary for my mobile phone systems on the boat when doing the packing.
But we had done well really in such hot weather with the temperatures as high as any other day this parched summer. On quickly again to park at the Castle Mall to provide some welcome shade in the car for Sam and leave us within easy walking distance to Carrow Road.
In fact we had arrived in good time for this, their first home match of the season, for whom we had Sunderland visiting. Our seats were in the shade with a light breeze but it must have been very hot for the players and spectators sitting in the sun.
I thought Norwich City played quite well to start with but the difference was in their teams of supporters, Sunderland fans filling two bays of the south stand noisily encouraging their team whilst city supporters were impatiently complaining and being negative.
I can only influence a few people in my immediate vacinity by my own shouted encouragement in these occasions as the problem is endemic. It was a goalless draw but at least Norwich have now gained four out of a possible six points for these first two matches of the season.
We dashed back to the car hoping to avoid the rush and I had another misunderstanding with Wiggly who had thought this was her only opportunity to use the toilet thus putting us back in the traffic queue.
Nevertheless we found a route through it and we were soon on our way back for the evening Liberal Democrat barbeque. Knowing we were going to arrive late I asked her to telephone ahead so that we could still stop at Barton Mills to relieve and feed the dog.
Her mood was not improved by the cafe being closed but I soon cheered up this hot and hungry female by buying her a bag of crisps and me an ice cream as we filled up with petrol.
Quite an enjoyable evening mixing with our Liberal Democrat friends who I found to be getting on much better than last week.
The first of the fund raising prize draws was held with Michael Pope winning the jackpot; then it now being dark (around 8.30pm to 9pm) we set off home.
